Amazing with lamb and a great way to punk-up couscous, rice or soups & sauces.
Ingredients: Lamb Stock (Water, Lamb, Onion, Garlic, Tomato, Herb Extract, Glucose Syrup, Salt, Yeast Extracts, Flavourings, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil), Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Monosodium Glutamate, Coriander, Black Pepper, Demerara, Sea Salt, Aleppo Chilli, Turmeric, MUSTARD, CELERY.
Allergens in BOLD. Use at around 5-10% or to taste.
1 table spoon = about 15g. 3 tablespoons for a 1lbs (454g) of lamb mince. Respect the meat.
If using on lamb steak, we always like to marinade steak for a few hours.
Please, make sure that steak is brought to room temperature before cooking.
