We’ve forged a brutal alliance between the world’s most notorious peppers: the fruity & floral scotch bonnet, the tropical heat of the habanero, and the unapologetic violence of the Carolina reaper. Anchored by a deep chicken stock and infused with charcoal, this blend promotes crispiness in skin.
Ingredients: Chicken Stock (Water, Chicken Stock, [Flavouring, Glucose Syrup, Salt, Yeast Extract, Sugar], Sea Salt), Garlic, Bell Pepper, 3 Chilli Blend (Habanero, Scotch Bonnet, Carolina Reaper), Baking Powder (Maize Starch, Disodium diphosphate [E450i], Sodium bicarbonate [E500i]), MUSTARD, Activated Charcoal, Turmeric, CELERY. Allergens in BOLD.
Use at around 5-10% or to taste. 1 tablespoon = about 15g. 3 tablespoons for a (500g) of chicken wings. 1-2 tablespoons for a 227g chicken breast.
Respect the meat. Wings are always crispier when patted dry before rubbing. Chicken is always better brined.
